    RUPAM GROUP has workforce of over 250 people but the staff turnover ratio is less than 1%. The staff members are protected for their benefits with all Rules and Regulations of Government of India.     The combined strength of our team is the pillar of the growth for Rupam Group. We are involved in Research and Development (R&D), system development and establishment of process analysis for continual improvement. Thus providing efficient and effective Management Information System.
